The residence is made of two-rooms soundproof flats fully independent one from another, provided with a small garden or a balcony, air conditioning system, strongbox, kitchen, sofa bed, satellite TV, hairdryer, fax machine service, room cleaning service, electronic card locking system for the flat and for the wide and covered garage.
Furthermore a laundry provided with a washing machine and a iron is available to the customers.
KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM
The modern living room provided with every comfort: air conditioning system, reinforced door, double sofa bed, LCD TV screen with satellite channels and ADSL internet connection
The kitchen is provided with dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking top, microwave oven and all the necessary for preparing your favourite dishes. But if you don’t want to cook you can have a dinner at Noe’s, our pub right about the residence (on request you can have a meal convention)
BEDROOMS
All the double or twin bedded rooms are provided pillowcases and sheets and a strongbox with enough room for your laptop. A bedroom tv set is available on demand.
BATHROOM
The bathrom is wide, well finished and furnished with taste, provided with a shower, a hairdryer and towels
