Our Bed and Breakfast is located at the gateway of Venice, just a few minutes from the airport, in a quite residential area of the mainland, which is the nearest area to the historical centre, an ideal position for everyone who is looking for a confortable stay in Venice at a reasonable price, you can enjoy the ancient city avoiding high costs and troubles. The bus stop is a few meters from our premises, in ten minutes you can reach the historical centre, buses run every ten minutes. Our favourable position allows you to take it as starting point to visit important places in Venice or in Veneto region, an ideal point of departure to visit unforgettable cities and lovely places. Our bed and breakfast is also well connected with Marco Polo international airport, Treviso airport, Venice and Mestre railway station, and the motorway junctions that go to all directions. The B&B Venice Rooms is situated in a private house of completly new building with an independent entrance and a little garden. We provide:
1) a double room with private bathroom (external to the room)
2) a double room and a single room with shared bathroom
Between the services at the guests' disposal we signal: parking, complete kitchen, wide showers, television, washing machine, bicycles. A supermarket, a baker, a bar and a pay phone are located just outside the building. We provide you with b&b entrance keys together with your room keys, so you can be autonomous during your stay. We welcome with great pleasure families with babies and pets are allowed. The owner, whose ancestors have been living in Venice for centuries, had been working in the museums of Venice, we are available for advice and suggestions for visiting the city, the lagoon and the Region. We can supply maps and illustrative materials and provide up-to-date informations on the main exhibitions and events. We would be glad to offer our insider knowledge and advice on the most beautiful and less known places of this beautiful city. English is spoken.
50 meters from our B&B there is a big park, with a swimming pool and fields where you can play tennis or jogging. We can satisfy all kinds of needs, from those of the couple who want a romantic holiday in Venice, to those of a large family. It's an excellent offer in the relation between price and quality, to accomodate in the historical centre has a cost which is twice or three times higher than ours.
LOCATION
The B&B Venice Rooms is located in a very accessible point, near the highway. From Venice airport and the railway stations of Venice-Mestre and Venice-Santa Lucia the B&B is linked thanks to the ACTV- city bus service.
Arriving by car from the motorway:
Take the exit, on the ring-road follow towards Venice, 200 meters after the second traffic lights turn on the right to "Via Vallenari", at the end of this street turn on the left to Via Casona, after 100 meters you see the supermarket and the B&B is in front of it.
From Venice-Mestre railway station:
Follow "Mestre" exit sign to go outside, turn on the right. You will reach "Via Cappuccina", take bus 13 on the right side of the street and get off at the second stop of "Via Casona". Go backwards and reach the parking in front of the supermarket, the B&B is sideways.
From Venice airport:
Take bus number 15 and after 10 minutes get off at the first stop of Via San Dona'. Then, if you don't bring a heavy luggage, go to other side of the street, reach Via Rielta, continue straight for 500 meters till you see the parking in front of a supermarket, the B&B is sideways. Otherwise, if you have a heavy luggage, get on the bus 24 and get off at the second stop of Via Casona. You see the parking and the B&B is sideways.
From Treviso airport
Take the shuttle "Eurobus Servic Atvo" and get off at Mestre railway station. Turn on the right. You will reach "Via Cappuccina", take bus 13 on the right side of the street and get off at the second stop of "Via Casona".
