LOCATION
Our house is situated in Oriago di Mira, about 15km from Venice. It is located 500m from the Romea SS Road.
By Car:
From the motorway A4: exit at MESTRE-VILLABONA and follow the signs for Ravenna (ss.romea) – Chioggia. After about 1 km, you will reach a big roundabout. Keep following the direction for Ravenna. After 1 km you will reach a set of traffic lights where by going straight you go to Ravenna and by turning right you go to Oriago. The turning on the right is Via Seriola Veneta (our road), follow it for about 1 km. and you will reach a little bridge, the house on the right.
By Bus:
There is a direct bus from Piazzale Roma-Venice, you can catch it from bus lane D1 in Piazzale Roma, it is a BLU bus DIRECTION SOTTOMARINA, it runs at 25" and 55" of each hour. Ask to get off at INCROCIO TRA MALCONTENTA E ORIAGO (you must ask to stop because is a stop on request bus).You will get off at a traffic light. When you get off follow the road with the sign for Oriago and follow it for about 1 km. It is a small narrow road, called Via Seriola Veneta, with a little stream on the side. After 1 km. you will reach a little bridge, the house is on the right.
From VENICE MARCO POLO Airport: catch the bus for Venice Piazzale Roma. We do airport pick up for € 10.00 + parking time.
From TREVISO airport: there is a bus service from Treviso airport to Venice, you must catch this bus and get off at Mestre FS (train station), we can pick you up from there for euro 5.00 or alternativaly get off in Venice Piazzale Roma (end of the line) and get the bus from bus lane D1 in Piazzale Roma, it is a BLU bus DIRECTION SOTTOMARINA, it runs at 25" and 55" of each hour.
