Our hotel is located in "Salizzada San Pantalon" No. 130 in an artistic and historical area of Venice, a 30-minute walk from San Marco square, near Santa Lucia train station, as well as Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto Island (a bus terminal and parking area). We are just a few steps from Friari's Church, San Rocco School and all of the Universities. All rooms come equipped with private showers and toilets, hairdryers, direct-dial telephones and satellite tv.
Our hotel is an oasis of peace. With its beautiful Venetian furnishings and the warmth and great care with which it is kept, our guests can relax here in utter comfort.

LOCATION
We are located in the heart of the city's historical and artistic area, near the Frari church and the School of S. Rocco. We are easily reached from the Venice train station S. Lucia and from the parking areas (Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto).
From Marco Polo Airport:
Ground transportation: A.T.V.O. and A.C.T.V. buses go to Piazzale Roma, taking approximately 20 minutes. The cost per person is 5,000 lire (ATVO – blue buses) and 1,500 lire (ACTV – orange buses). It is a five-minute walk to the Hotel from Piazzale Roma. Water transportation: You may also choose to take a private water-taxi directly to our Hotel for approximately 130,000 – 140,000 lire (max. 2 passengers, including luggage).
By car:
If you drive to Venice, you may park your car at the parking area on Tronchetto Island at the end of the Bridge that leads to Venice. The rate is 20,000 lire for 24 hours, or any part thereof. From Tronchetto, take either the #1 or #82 public boat and get off at the first stop, "Piazzale Roma", from which it is a 5-minute walk to the Hotel. You may also park your car in Piazzale Roma in one of two garages (San Marco and Comunale); the rates vary between 30,000 and 42,000 lire per 24 hours and are subject to change. From either Tronchetto or Piazzale Roma, you can also take a private water-taxi for about 80,000 – 90,000 lire, (for 2 passengers, luggage included).
By train:
Our Hotel is a ten-minute walk from the train station. Cross the large white bridge called "Ponte degli Scalzi" and follow the Canal Grande for about 50 meters. On your left you will see a street that goes by the Tolentini Church directly to our Hotel. The private water-taxi service from the station to our Hotel costs approximately 70,000 – 80,000 lire for 2 passengers, including luggage).
